These terms of use governs your purchases from me, and your use of Paintings4you.

By making a purchase from Paintings4you, and using this website you have agreed to these terms of use. Please make sure that you have read and understood the terms of use.

ORDERS

To purchase or rent art from Paintings4you you need to be above the legal age in your country.

Orders placed in another persons name without the persons consent will be reported to the authorities.

Paintings4you reserves the right to correct prices on all orders including finalized purchases. If a price is incorrect Paintings4you can cancel the purchase and refund the payments. This can be done at any time.

CONFIRMATION

Once I have received your order I will send an electronic invoice to your e-mail address as a confirmation of your purchase. It is important that you enter the correct e-mail address when placing your order to get information about delays and other important events regarding your order. I recommend saving this email in order to facilitate any contact with me that you may have in the future. The order confirmation (receipt) also serves as guarantee of proof of purchase. In the confirmation you will find your order number, use this when contacting.

SHIPPING

If a shipping fee will be added to your order it will be shown during the check out.

DELIVERY

Products in stock will typically be shipped within 3-5 business days. Shipping times will vary depending on the shipping address.

You will get a text message, email or other forms of notice from the shipment company when the shipment arrives.

PAYMENT

You can pay with bank- or credit card. Your payment is handled by Shopify Payment with secure encryption and strict standards. Your card details are sent directly to Shopify Payment and cannot be accessed by Paintings4you.

PRICES

All prices on the website are including VAT, in accordance with the applicable legislation. In case an order will be shipped to a delivery address outside the EU, please note that the VAT is removed at the checkout or earlier depending on which country the product will be delivered to.

Please note that in case of an order is shipped to an delivery address outside the EU, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are collected when the shipment reaches your delivery address. You will be responsible for payment of such import duties and taxes. It should be noted that ?Paintings4you has no control over these charges and, since these charges are different for different countries, Paintings4you cannot predict their amount. I advise you to contact your local customs office for further information.

RETURNS

I hope your are happy with your purchase from Paintings4you, but of course I offer you the right to return your purchase within 14 days. This ONLY applies to unused products in the original packaging (not original artwork). 

I can't accept returns original artwork, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

For returns use the return form on my website.

If you return your purchase the payment will be refunded without unnecessary delay. Note; payment will be refunded as soon as Paintings4you has received the returned product. I will refund the payment using the same payment type that you used for the original purchase. 

You must return the product to me on the address listed below without unnecessary delay and under all circumstances at the latest 7 days after you have informed me about the return.

Be careful to package the product so that it is not damaged during transport. You are responsible for the condition of the product until it arrives to Paintings4you. If the product is used or damaged when it arrives, I will deduct an amount from the refund.

The shipping costs for returning items are payed by you.

I recommend that you send the return using a traceable shipping method since it's you are responsible for the product until it is received by Paintings4you.

Please clearly mark your return with your order number, otherwise I cannot connect the products to an order and hence not refund the payment.

NEGLECTED DELIVERIES

The shipment will be held at the delivery location for 14 days before it will be returned to us. Paintings4you will charge a fee of €30 for shipments that are not picked up to cover handling costs.

If you neglect to pick up your shipment it's not covered by you right to return the shipment.

 

COPYRIGHT

All intellectual property rights, such as trademarks and copyright, on the website and in the material published on it are owned by Paintings4you. Any use of the site or its content, including copying or storing such content in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without the permission of Paintings4you.

RESERVATIONS

I reserve the right to correct errors on the website and the right to change pricing without any previous notification. I cannot be held liable for price adjustments, stock outages, incorrect stock balances, technical problems, changes in technical specifications and typographical errors on our website and advertisements. I reserve the right to cancel incorrect orders.

FORCE MAJEURE

Delay due to circumstances beyond Paintings4you control could not reasonably be expected to be included, such as general labor disputes, lightning strikes, fire, war, terrorist attacks, changed government regulations or other public regulations, network operator errors, general shortage of transport, goods, communications or energy or other similar circumstances as well as delay or failure of subcontractor / consultant services due to circumstances specified herein, Paintings4you is not responsible for. If Paintings4you is unable to fulfill its obligations due to circumstances stated above, Paintings4you will inform the customer about this and state the circumstances that constitute Force Majeure. Paintings4you will also inform the customer when the circumstances that constitute Force Majeure cease. If the circumstance persists for more than two (2) months, both the client and Paintings4you have the right to cancel the purchase with immediate effect.

CHANGES TO THE TERMS OF SERVICE

Paintings4you reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions on a continuous basis. Changes to these terms will be published on the website.

For each purchase, the terms that were published at the time of purchase are valid.
